The carrier we use for delivery is the CTT (Portugal's post service) who will send the package to the postal services for the destination country. All deliveries are sent with tracking service and drop-off without signature.
The prices shown when the checkout is done already include the delivery charges.
Shipping to Portugal: 5,5€ (Free shipping on orders above 50€)
Shipping to Europe: 9,5€ - 14,5€ (Free shipping on orders above 150€)
Shipping to the rest of the world: 25€ - 35€
Outside the European Union you may be charged additional taxes that we aren't able to estimate and are always supported by the customer.
Ordered packages are normally shipped within 2 working days after the reception of the payment. If you live in Portugal, you're likely to get your package 2 to 3 working days after the order confirmation. If you live outside Portugal, it may took 5 to 10 working days for your package to arrive at the destination.
All deliveries are sent with tracking service. We'll send you a tracking number via e-mail so you can follow where your package is, anytime. The packages are sent to the adress on your login information, so make sure that this adress is rightly inserted. If there's a mistake that makes the package delivery unavailable, or if you don't pick it up, there will be charged the delivery fees another time. Please double check if the shipping information you've associated to your order is right. If there are any shipping problems because of mistaken information the consequent costs are supported by the customers.
If you're not happy with your package you may send it back to our store in the same conditions you have received it. You can return your package for a period of 30 days after delivery. The return and/or exchange shipping costs are at your expense (for orders outside the European Union customs rate will be charged too). We will deal with your return request after receiving the returned item and you may request an exchange or a refund.
The refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. It may take up to 10 days for the money to be credited back. The shipping costs will not be refunded even when free shipping is applied.
In case you have received a package that has external damage, you should make a claim to your local post service. If the item itself is damaged, please contact us immediately by e-mail (email@example.com) or telephone (+351 239 810290).
