01 - What is Mau Feitio?

Mau Feitio is a lifestyle store that provides quality goods in apparel, footwear and acessories for men, women and kids, with a wide range of sophisticated fashion brands. We're located in Coimbra, Portugal, and we happily send our stuff all over the word. We're an authorized dealer of all the brands we represent, and you'll only find original products in our store.

02 - Is there a minimum order?

There's no minimum order at our online shop.

03 - What are my payment options?

Currently we are accepting PayPal/Credit Card or Bank Transfer as the payment methods on our online shop. If you're using PayPal we receive the payment quickly, so the shipment will be done quickly too. In case you're paying with the Bank Transfer method we will ship the product(s) as soon as we receive the transfer comprovative on our e-mail ( or as soon we receive the transfer amount (which can take 2 or 3 days, depending on the bank, if we don't receive the comprovative).

04 - What delivery methods do we use? 

The methods we use for delivery are the CTT (Portugal's delivery service), who will send the package to the postal services for the destination country. All deliveries are sent with tracking service and delivered only with your signature of recepetion.

05 - What delivery charges do I have to pay?

The prices shown when the checkout is done already include the delivery charges.

Shipping to Portugal: 5,5€ (Free shipping on orders above 49,99€ with voucher PORTES)

Shipping to Europe: 9,5€ - 14,5€ (Free shipping on orders above 150€ with voucher FREESHIPPING)

Shipping to the rest of the world: 25€ - 35€

Outside the European Union you may be charged additional taxes that we aren't able to estimate.

06 - What are the delivery times?

Ordered packages are normally shipped 2 days after the reception of the payment. If you live in Portugal, you're likely to get your package 3 days after the order confirmation. If you live outside Portugal, it may took 7 to 14 days for your package to arrive at the destination.

07 - Where is my package?

All deliveries are sent with tracking service. We'll send you a tracking number so you can follow where your package is, anytime. The packages are sent to the adress on your login information, so make sure that this adress is rightly inserted. If there's a mistake that makes the package delivery unavailable, or if you don't pick it up, there will be charged the delivery fees another time. 08 - Will I have to pay custom taxes on my shipment?

If you're in the European Union, the delivery taxes will be added to the final amount in euros (€) when you're doing the Checkout. If you live outside the European Union, it's likely that you'll have to pay additional custom taxes that we aren't able to calculate.

09 - Can I have refund if I reject my package when it is delivered to me?

If you're not happy with your package, you may send it back in the same conditions you have received it and we will refund you the amount of the order. In this case, we will charge the shipment costs. For orders outside the European Union, customs rate will be charged too.

10 - How do I know what size to order?

The sizes displayed on our online shop are European and are shown as numbers (e.g. 41) and we also have many items marked with international sizes in the form of letters (e.g. S, M, L). If you are not sure what size fits you best, please contact us at and make sure you send a link of the exact item on the e-mail.

11 - Why can't I add my size to the cart?

If you're not allowed to add the size of a item you want to the cart, it means it's sold out. You can contact us ( to check if we're likely to have it again or if it's not going to be available anymore.

12 - I've placed  an order  but it doesn't exist in stock anymore. What happened?

Our stock is frequently updated. Anyway, in case there's an error and the item you've ordered is not available anymore, we will do our best to find a solution and you will receive an e-mail with all the information about the state of the order. You also may cancel the order anytime until it's shipped, and you'll get a refund of the amount paid.

13 - Does Mau Feitio have a physical shop or a product catalog?

We have a physical shop located in Coimbra, Portugal. Our adress is Forum Coimbra, Avenida José Bonifácio de Andrade e Silva 1, Quinta do Vale Gemil, 3040-389 Coimbra, Portugal. Currently our product catalog is only available in our online shop.

14 - How do I return my order?

If you're not happy with your package, you may send it back in the same conditions you have received it and we will refund you the amount of the order. In this case, we'll charge the shipment costs. For orders outside the European Union, customs rate will be charged too. You can return your order for a period of 30 days.

15 - Can I stay safe while making my payments through your website?

We do not store any of your credit card details and we have no access to your credit card information at any time. Also we do not sell nor rent your personal information to anyone.

16 - Claims

In case you have received a package that has external damage, you should make a claim to your local post service. If the item itself is damaged, please contact us immediately by e-mail ( or telephone (+351 239 810290).
